[FR] Un espace d’expression et d’expérimentation le projet, lauréat du volet «Préfigurer» de la consultation PLAY GROUES lancée par l’EPADESA en mai 2016, prendra racine au coeur du futur quartier de Groues à Nanterre. Pensé comme un « Tiers Lieux » ouvert sur la ville, ses habitants et ses acteurs, LES NOUVEAUX LOCOS accueilleront à partir de 2018 une diversité d’activités qui renouvellent et interrogent la place de la culture dans notre quotidien. À l’origine du projet on trouve l’agence d’architecture HEINRICH VON SPONECK qui s’est emparé de la question du renouvellement urbain en s’associant avec celles et ceux qui agissent sur le territoire via leurs activités quotidiennes. Ainsi le promoteur/investisseur AVENTIM rejoint l’aventure aux côtés des trois futurs gestionnaires du site: CRÉATURE pour l’accompagnement de l’entreprenariat culturel, L’OPERATORIUM pour les pratiques artistiques professionnelles et amateurs et LA LUNE ROUSSE pour la restauration et la programmation évènementielle.
[EN] A space for expression and experimentation the project, winner of the “Prefiguring” section of the PLAY GROUES consultation launched by EPADESA in May 2016, will take root in the heart of the future Groues district in Nanterre. Designed as a “Third Place” open to the city, its inhabitants and its actors, LES NOUVEAUX LOCOS will host from 2018 a diversity of activities that renew and question the place of culture in our daily lives. At the origin of the project is the architectural firm HEINRICH VON SPONECK, which has taken up the issue of urban renewal by associating itself with those who act in the area through their daily activities. Thus the promoter/investor AVENTIM joins the adventure alongside the three future managers of the site: CRÉATURE for the accompaniment of cultural entrepreneurship, L’OPERATORIUM for professional and amateur artistic practices and LA LUNE ROUSSE for the restoration and the event programming.
