La maison sera remplacée par une nouvelle construction en bois à bas carbone, la chapelle et le garage seront rénovée pour créer un pied à terre pour les enfants et leurs amis et un petit Spa. C’est une maison de famille de weekend et des vacances, qui sera un jour leur résidence principale.
[EN] The project is located in Chorin, a small town 70 km from Berlin, surrounded by a nature reserve. It consists of three volumes, a 1930s house, a small ‘hunting chapel’ and a garage. The house will be replaced by a new low-carbon wooden building, the chapel and garage will be renovated to create a pied-a-terre for children with their friends and a small spa. This is a weekend and holiday family home, which will one day be their main residence.
